Every Tuesday and Thursday from June 4th - August 29th 

“Shanti” Yoga (Gentle), Tuesdays, 9:15 – 10:30am

Let your stress melt away with this peaceful practice. “Shanti” means peace and the Japanese Garden provides a beautiful background for connecting to inner peace. Shanti yoga offers a nurturing sequence of gentle postures, breathing, and meditation to promote peace on all levels.

Yoga Flow (Active), Thursdays, 9:15am-10:30am

This class will appeal to participants who enjoy an active and energetic practice. It will combine breath, strength building sequences, and finish with releasing postures and relaxation. A great class for cross training, increasing overall strength, and developing mindfulness.

Cost

Ten Class Pass: $110 (available until July 5th) 
Five Class Pass: $60 (available until August 5th) 
Single Drop-in: $15 per class
